Abstract

The emergence of autonomous financial agents is significantly transforming the dynamics of retail banking. These AI-powered systems streamline service delivery, enhance customer engagement, and reduce operational friction. The shift from traditional banking to intelligent, automated interactions reflects a broader trend toward hyper-personalization and predictive analytics in financial services. This paper examines how autonomous agents influence consumer behavior, reshape service infrastructure, and create efficiency within retail banking ecosystems. The study also analyzes deployment challenges, regulatory implications, and strategic adoption pathways.
